Buffalo chicken meets a classic Caesar. Crispy chicken tenders get tossed in buffalo sauce, then piled onto a bed of crunchy romaine with crispy bacon, parmesan, croutons, and a creamy Caesar dressing. It all gets chopped together and wrapped up into one of the best mashups I’ve made yet. Makes 3 large wraps in about 30 minutes.

Why you’ll love this buffalo chicken Caesar chopped wrap
- Two classics in one. Spicy buffalo chicken and a creamy chicken Caesar, chopped together.
- Big crunch. Crispy tenders, bacon, croutons and romaine in every bite.
- Easy shortcut. Frozen breaded chicken strips go straight in the oven or air fryer.
- Feeds a crowd. One batch makes 3 large wraps in about 30 minutes.
What you need for a buffalo chicken Caesar chopped wrap
- Chicken tenders: I use one bag of Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Strips. Bake or air fry them until golden and crispy.
- Bacon: One package, baked in the oven and drained.
- Buffalo sauce and Caesar dressing: Use a generous drizzle of each.
- Romaine lettuce: Washed and chopped for the base of the chop.
- Croutons and shaved parmesan: The classic Caesar toppings.
- XL tortillas: Warm them first so they’re soft and easy to fold.
How to make a buffalo chicken Caesar chopped wrap
- Bake the bacon at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes, then drain it on a paper towel.
- Cook the chicken tenders in the oven or air fryer until golden and crispy.
- Build the board: chopped romaine, tenders, bacon, croutons and shaved parmesan.
- Sauce and chop: drizzle with buffalo sauce and Caesar dressing, then chop until bite-sized.
- Wrap it and toast it in a pan a couple minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Pro tips
- Drain the bacon. Letting it rest on a paper towel keeps extra grease out of the wrap.
- Cook the tenders until crispy. They’ll hold their crunch better once they’re chopped and sauced.
- Don’t skip warming the tortilla. A cold tortilla will crack and rip when you try to roll it.
What you’ll need
- A baking sheet
- An oven or air fryer
- Paper towels
- A cutting board and knife
- A large pan for toasting
