The spicy chicken deluxe from Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite sandwiches of all time. Chopping it up and stuffing it into a tortilla made it 10x better. Crispy spicy chicken, bacon, pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, pickles and Chick-fil-A sauce, all chopped together and toasted in a giant tortilla. This combo is insane.

Why you’ll love this spicy chicken deluxe wrap

You get everything from the sandwich in every bite. The spicy chicken stays crunchy, the pepper jack adds more heat, the pickles cut through it, and the Chick-fil-A sauce gets into everything once it’s chopped. I added bacon because, well, bacon. It’s basically a copycat Chick-fil-A order you can make at home, and one batch makes 4 big wraps.

What you need for a spicy chicken deluxe chopped wrap

A package of crispy spicy chicken, a head of lettuce, a tomato, a package of bacon, sliced pepper jack, pickles, a bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce and 4 XL tortillas. That’s it.

How to make a spicy chicken deluxe chopped wrap

  1. Cook the crispy spicy chicken according to the package until it’s hot and crispy.
  2. Bake the bacon at 400°F for 12–15 minutes and drain it on a paper towel.
  3. Lay down the shredded lettuce on a cutting board and pile on the chicken, tomato, bacon, pepper jack and pickles.
  4. Drizzle on the Chick-fil-A sauce and chop it all together until it’s bite-sized.
  5. Warm a tortilla, fill it, roll it up tight and toast it in a pan a couple minutes per side until golden.

Pro tips

Cook the chicken a little extra so it’s really crispy. It holds its crunch way better after you chop it. Pat the pickles and tomato dry before they go on the board so the wrap doesn’t get soggy. And you don’t have to hit the drive-thru for the sauce, Chick-fil-A sauce comes in bottles at most grocery stores.

Spicy chicken deluxe wrap FAQ

Where do I buy Chick-fil-A sauce?

Most grocery stores sell it bottled in the sauce and dressing aisle. You can also grab extra packets next time you’re at Chick-fil-A.

Can I make it less spicy?

Yep. Use regular crispy chicken instead of spicy and swap the pepper jack for American or cheddar.

Can I use homemade fried chicken?

Absolutely. Any crispy chicken works. Just make sure it’s cooked through to 165°F before you chop it.
