Why you’ll love this honey mustard chicken chopped wrap

Honey mustard with salty bacon and sharp cheddar just works. There’s no heat, so it’s an easy one for everybody, and the tenders and bacon stay crispy even after you chop them.

What you need for a honey mustard chicken chopped wrap

  • Crispy chicken: I use Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Strips, baked or air-fried until golden.
  • Bacon: A full package, baked in the oven until crispy.
  • Lettuce, tomato and cheddar: Fresh crunch and plenty of cheese.
  • Honey mustard: Your favorite store-bought works great.
  • Large tortillas: Warm them first so they’re soft and easy to fold.

How to make a honey mustard chicken chopped wrap

  1. Cook the chicken in the oven or air fryer until crispy.
  2. Bake the bacon at 400°F for 12–15 minutes and drain it on a paper towel.
  3. Build the board and chop: lettuce, chicken, tomato, bacon and cheddar, drizzled with honey mustard.
  4. Wrap it and toast it in a pan for a few minutes per side until golden.

Pro tips

Add the honey mustard last, right before you chop, so the lettuce stays crunchy. Toast seam side down so it doesn’t unroll on you.
